What is the regulation to exchange?
Exchange is only provided for incorrect shoe size. This service is applicable for 3 days after the item(s) is received in your destination. The item(s) has to be shipped in the original condition. It must be wrapped with its original box packaging, complete with its hang tag and related item(s). Make sure that the packaging is still in a good condition and no additional damage found in the item(s). We will double-check the item(s) received in our office, and if we find any violated regulation, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
What are the steps to exchange?
- Fill in the exchange form on the link below.
- We will send you the confirmation email as soon as possible after the request is received.
- Give us at least two weeks to check our stock.
- If the item is in stock, we will inform you to ship the item back to our office at Emerald Commercial UA 30, Summarecon, Bekasi, Indonesia. The shipping fee is customers' responsibility.
- After the item is received in our office, we will ship the item with the requested shoe size to your address. It does not require any extra shipping fee.
- We will send you a notification including the receipt number when the process is completed.
